New Jersey Traffic Fatalities in April 2026

_CrashCar

Given the length of time that you must wait on hold when you file an insurance claim after a car accident, it only makes sense that car accidents are common, but most of them do not result in severe bodily injuries. Car accidents that involve serious injury or death are more likely when the drivers are going at high speeds, when the vehicle occupants are not wearing seatbelts, or when alcohol or drugs are involved. No matter the cause of the accident, you have the right to file a claim against the responsible parties or their insurers to seek compensation for your injuries or other accident-related financial losses. If you got injured in a car accident in New Jersey, contact an auto accident lawyer.
